It is learnt that some Indian and Ukrainian mills have made charge for the South European market with aggressive offers.

Indian mill is reportedly offering EUR 560 per tonne basis CFR FO LC at sight to Southern Europe. Another major mills is offering through North European trader EUR 553 per tonne basis CIFFO LC at 90 days.

However some Ukrainian mill is playing spoil sport with offers at EUR 550 per tonne basis CFR FO LC at 30 to 60 days.
