Italian billets buyers are considering a price of around Euro 415 per tonne, CFR FO Italy which, with 1 Euro = USD 1.30, is not that far from actual Black Sea Fob offers.

Last indication of 3Sp / 5Sp billets in 125 or 130 mm is around USD 525 per tonne, Fob Black Sea.

Stock lot billets in random sizes are offered at less than USD 515 per tonne but trend is indicating that quite soon price will fall below USD 500 per tonne.
