
It is reported that Japan's JFE Steel will continue to reduce its H beam production in third quarter of 2012.
It is known that JFE Steel reduced the H beam output by 10% from a quarter earlier in the second quarter of this year and the firm planned to cut the H beam output further by 20% from the first quarter of this year as it will start the maintenance during July and September 2012, ahead of the schedule.
JFE Steel started to reduce H beam production since the fiscal year 2011. The company cut the H beam output by 25% YoY in fiscal year 2011.
