The supervisory board of Klöckner & Co SE has appointed Mr Marcus A Ketter as the company's CFO, effective from February 1st 2013.

After holding several international management positions, Mr Ketter currently serves as CFO of Schuler AG, a German SDAX® listed mechanical engineering company.

Mr Ketter will take over the Finance & Accounting, Corporate Controlling and Corporate Taxes departments from CEO Mr Gisbert Rühl, who has also been acting CFO, as well as the Corporate IT department.

Mr Ulrich Becker, a member of the management board and COO of Klöckner & Co SE, will leave by mutual agreement at the end of September 2012.

The supervisory board thanks Mr Becker for his work over the last several years. His duties will be carried out for the time being by CEO Mr Gisbert Rühl.
