Marmon/Keystone has confirmed that the company's Birmingham, Alabama branch has sustained damage due to severe weather that struck the Southeast early Monday morning.
Mr JT "Tim" Spatafore president of Marmon/Keystone said “Thankfully, no employee casualties or injuries occurred.”
Plans are already being made to restore the Birmingham facility, and the branch expects to be operational from remote locations by Tuesday morning. All incoming sales calls and customer service questions will be handled by the Birmingham sales staff from a temporary work site, and orders will be filled from stock housed at Marmon/Keystone's numerous warehouses in the surrounding region.
