Malaysia Steel Works Bhd is proposing a first and final single tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended December 31st 2009.

According to Masteel in its filing to Bursa Malaysia, the proposed final dividend would be subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

A further announcement on the dates of entitlement and payment will be made at a later date.
