Mayer Steel Pipe, one of the major pipe & tube manufacturers in Taiwan, said that the company only received mediocre order quantities in this February. They don't think the market demand has obvious rebound recently and also believe their Q1 sales number may not be good.

To look into this Q2, Mayer said once Taiwan's China Steel Corp. increases its new prices in this Q2. It will also help Mayer's Q2 sales to improve.
