Property developer Mitsui Fudosan Co said that its net income fell by 34% as demand for its office leasing business declined.
Net income dropped to JPY 33.8 billion for the nine months that ended December 31st 2010 from JPY 50.9 billion a year ago. Sales declined by 1.8% to JPY 987.4 billion.
