With winter holidays getting over, more steel buyers have returned to the market creating a sense of demand amid low availability. As a result, both domestic steel mills in Europe as well as traditional exporters to EU have hiked their prices substantially last week for flat products.
On the other hand, the story for long products is totally different as the market seems to be losing steam.
