Reuters reported that Moody's changes Nippon Steel rating outlook to negative from stable.

Moody's says negative outlook on A1 senior unsecured rating based on firm's uncertain market environment. It added that Nippon Steel needs time to restore damaged profitability and its depressed business conditions likely to bottom out in Q1 FY 2010 and start recovery after Q2.
