Noble International Limited said that its CEO Mr Thomas Saeli has resigned and was replaced by Mr Andrew Tavi VP & general counsel.

Noble added that its COO Mr Frank Sovis also resigned and his duties will be taken over by Mr David Fallon CFO of the company.
