Schuff International Inc announced that Mr D Ronald Yagoda and Mr Phillip O Elbert have been appointed to its board of directors to fill existing vacancies. The addition of these outside directors returns the company's board of directors to seven members.

Mr Scott A Schuff president & CEO of Schuff International said that "I am pleased to welcome Mr Yagoda and Mr Elbert to our board of directors. As accomplished outside business leaders, their collective experience will be a tremendous asset to Schuff and its board. Mr. Yagoda is a seasoned executive from the financial sector who has worked with our company as an outside consultant since 1997, while Mr Elbert is a highly respected member of the steel community, with over 30 years of leadership experience prior to retiring in 2002. Their areas of expertise will serve to strengthen our board and we look forward to their contributions."

Mr D Ronald Yagoda is currently the managing member of DryAz Consulting, LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in strategic and financial planning, merger and acquisitions, and assisting companies in raising capital.

Mr Phillip O Elbert retired as chairman of the board from Pitt Des Moines Inc in 2002. Previously, Mr Elbert served as president of Pitt Des Moines Inc.
