Navios Maritime Holdings Inc, a global, vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company, announced that the capsize vessel Navios Etoile of 179,234 DWT was delivered from a South Korean shipyard to Navios Holdings' owned fleet on December 3rd 2010.

The vessel is chartered out for ten years at a net rate of USD 29,356 per day, with 50:50 profit sharing above a BCI Time Charter Average of USD 38,500.
