Northwest Pipe Company has announced two additions to its executive team. Mr Scott Montross has joined as COO and Mr Richard Baum as General Counsel.

Mr Montross most recently served Evraz Inc NA as EVP of the Flat Products Group with commercial and operational responsibilities for the Oregon Steel Division, Claymont Steel Division and the Regina Steel Division. Prior to Evraz, Mr Montross was the VP sales and marketing for the former National Steel Corporation.

Mr Richard Roman president & CEO of Northwest Pipe Company said that "Scott brings extensive industry and operations experience to Northwest Pipe Company. We are excited to have Mr Scott join our team."

Mr Richard Baum, formerly of Lane Powell, Attorneys & Counselors in Portland, Oregon has assumed the position of General Counsel. Mr Baum's practice has focused on the areas of securities and corporate governance litigation, antitrust and intellectual property.
