Olympia Steel Buildings of Canada has recently supplied a 2000 square foot pre engineered Olympia Steel Buildings® prefab metal building kit to Mr Shane DeRusha, owner of Precision Auto Body in Sioux Lookout in Ontario. The recently completed pre engineered building serves as an auto body repair shop to house the growing auto body repair business Derusha established in 2009. The construction of the do it yourself prefabricated steel building was completed in about a month’s time by DeRusha with the aid of friends and family. The DIY crew also insulated the building and installed paneling.

Mr DeRusha prides himself on high quality repairs so it followed naturally that he wanted a high quality pre engineered building to set up shop. He found that in Olympia Steel Buildings. He said that "Not only did the construction kit save Precision Auto Body upwards of USD 20,000 in contractor's fees, but this building should last forever at least one hundred years!."

Mr DeRusha also noted that the building is super energy efficient and does not require a huge expenditure on heating, even though northern Ontario receives four feet and more of snow in winter and the temperature at times can get down to thirty-five degrees below zero.

There is ample auto body repair business to be had in Sioux Lookout, even though it is a rural region in northwest Ontario with only about 5000 year round residents. Nearby lakes and streams attract many times that number of tourists and vehicle damage due to unfamiliar bumpy roads in the First Nations reserve along with collisions with abundant wildlife are not uncommon.
