OneSteel has been awarded the APICS NSW Company of the Year, in recognition of its support and commitment to driving value through supply chain.

The Australasian Production and Inventory Control Society is a non profit organization that exists to foster professionalism in manufacturing and associated supply chain activities.

OneSteel has been a longstanding member in APICS, participating in programs such as the Women in Manufacturing Stepping Up program and the Advanced Manufacturing Special Interest Group.

According to OneSteel, it has used APICS expertise in a complex, multiyear supply chain transformation across the company. APICS body of knowledge and certification programs are being used by OneSteel to educate people in supply chain concepts and practices across the steel industry.
