
It is reported that Pakistan’s combined opposition with 141 signatures has filed a no confidence motion against Pakistan’s PM Mr Shaukat Aziz along with a 500 page charge sheet containing 30 major charges against him and his administration. First allegation is related to government involvement in massive corruption in sale of Pakistan Steel Mills as per Supreme Court decision.
As per reports no trust motion and other documents have been filed against the prime minister under article 95 of the constitution. As per constitution it is mandatory that full proceeding including debate on the motion is completed within the period not less than 3 days and more than 7 days of presentation of motion.
