It is reported that Mr Hashmat Habib counsel for Pakistan Steel Mill’s labor Union during exclusive talks with Online has said there is no flaw in the Supreme Court verdict in Pakistan Steel Mills case adding the review petition has been filed to protect the Prime Ministers and his associates.
He said that 9 judges have authored this decision and if the decision delivered by 9 judges can not be unambiguous then it should be said that judiciary of the country and judges of apex court are not competent to render unambiguous verdict.
He also expressed surprise that the lawyers engaged by the government of Pakistan in this case are so competent that they could perceive flaw in the decision authored by the 9 judges.
He alleged that the review petition submitted by the government is based on malafide intent and it has come in connivance with the buyer of the mill.
