It is reported that US Steel Serbia will temporarily run the blast furnace and make 60,000 tonnes of steel, as informed by the Independent Trade Union of Serbian Steel Producers.

As per report US Steel Serbia will temporarily run the blast furnace and make 60,000 tons of steel, as informed by the Independent Trade Union of Serbian Steel Producers.

The blast furnace will start operating on June 9.

It is still unknown how long the production will last, but it is revealed that the blast furnace will be idled after the planned production is completed.

The US Steel employees work only fur days a week since the beginning of the year. A part of the workers got a paid leave.
