Baltimore Sun reported that chemical giant WR Grace & Co and Sparrows Point bankrupt steel mill owner RG Steel owe the city millions of dollars in water bills.

A review by Baltimore Sun has found that the city water system allowed some big businesses, nonprofits and government offices to run up delinquent accounts totaling more than USD 10 million.
