Boersen-Zeitung reported in a preview of an article, citing SMS CEO Mr Heinrich Weiss, that SMS Group plans to acquire ArcelorMittal’s 48% stake in Paul Wurth,

The newspaper said, citing Mr Weiss, reported that SMS is currently in talks with the state of Luxembourg, which owns a majority of Paul Wurth, regarding approval of the planned acquisition.
