Reuters reported that Siam Cement Pcl expects strong baht to affect its third quarter net profit slightly and higher prices for its products will help offset the impact.

Mr Kan Trakulhoon president of Siam Cement said that it expects its second olefins plant in eastern province of Rayong to run at full capacity in the middle of 2011.
