Mr Alejandro Alvarez secretary general of Sutrasosicays rejected the measure by saying that Mr Khan can not ignore the mandate of President Mr Chavez, who asked to take into account the participation of workers, by placing a transitional parachute on the board who know nothing of the activities carried out in the company.

He added that "We reject any imposition, we know that it is President Chavez's political line, Mr Khan is the minister who is acting in a distorted way, unfortunately the minister has failed to solve the labor problems that exist in Sidetur and much less labor problems that exist in the iron industry, which is why we ask President Mr Chavez to take action on the matter, because we have done our part but we also require that our voice be heard, and do not come to impose people who have nothing to do with trade."

Mr Alvarez said that the 10 people named in the transitional board, do not carry out activities related to the company, two of them are lawyers, two working in the Central Bank of Venezuela, and others who do not know Indepabis office, when here is skilled with over 20 years of experience and commitment to the company.
