Slowdown signs - South Korean auto output in August fell by 4.3pct YoY

Yonhap reported that South Korea's production of cars, trucks and buses fell by 4.3% YoY in August 2009 due to hit by weak overseas demand.
According to data released by Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association, output declined to 232,552 units in August 2009.
