Stemcor's Asian RCF oversubscribes

Steel trader Stemcor's Asian based syndication has signed, oversubscribed.
The 364 day revolving credit, guaranteed by Stemcor Holdings Limited, increased from its launch amount of USD 150 million to USD 205 million.
The deal refinances a USD 115 million revolving credit facility dated October 26th 2010 and will be used for general working capital requirements.
