According to data released by Taiwan's customs, Taiwan exported 6,869 tonnes of welded steel pipes in June 2012, falling by 25% MoM in comparison of 9,159 tonnes in May 2012.

In June 2012, Canada was the largest importer of the Taiwanese welded steel pipes with 1,231 tonnes; Thailand was the second largest one with 1,129 tonnes and Vietnam was the third largest one with 1,020 tonnes.

Meanwhile, Taiwan imported 1,683 tonnes of welded steel pipes in June 2012, decreasing by 38% MoM from 2,696 tonnes in May 2012.

Among them, 456 tonnes were from China; 443 tonnes were from South Korea and 405 tonnes were from Japan.
