Tenaris SA has announced that its Brazilian subsidiary Confab Industrial SA completed its previously announced acquisition of 25 million ordinary shares of Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais SA.
Tenaris is a leading global supplier of steel tubes and related services for the world's energy industry and certain other industrial applications.
