ThyssenKrupp Steel USA is one of the many Alabama businesses stepping in to help following the disaster that hit the state last week.

The company announced that it is donating USD 10,000 to the Alabama Gulf Coast Red Cross Chapter and that the money is earmarked specifically for disaster relief efforts now taking place in Alabama.

In addition, personnel from the company's onsite Fire and Rescue Team have been dispatched to Cullman to assist emergency responders who are short handed and overwhelmed.
