Bloomberg reported that ThyssenKrupp AG is moving forward with the planned sale of its Industrieservice as Germany's largest steelmaker received interest from buyers for its Safway and Xervon units and sale agreements could be signed soon.

As per report, ThyssenKrupp is selling the units, which employ 22,000 workers, because they no longer fit into the company's strategy.
