Tycoon, the major wire products manufacturer in Taiwan, said that its Thai plant didn't damage by flood because it is located in south part of Bangkok with the higher elevation.

Tycoon said that the flood mainly hurt the north and middle Thailand. Its mill is far away from Bangkok with the higher terrain and closed to the harbor; therefore, this flood did not cause the damage to them.

On the other hand, the construction steel product demand is expected to rise in Thailand for rebuilding project, and therefore Tycoon anticipates that its sales order will rise in the near future.
