
It is reported that the US Department of Commerce has announced the final antidumping result against the welded non alloy steel pipe and tube (standard pipe) from Mexico.
It is known that DOC made a review covering the period during from November 1st 2009 through October 31st 2010.
The companies involved in this case were Mueller Comercial de Mexico, S de RL de CV; Southland Pipe Nipples Company Inc; Lamina y Placa Comercial SA de CV and Tuberia Nacional SA de CV.
US DOC determined that none of these companies made any sales, shipments or entries of subject merchandise during the period of review.
Thus, the duty deposit rate for four companies remains unchanged: Mueller, 19.81%; Southland, 36.62%; Lamina, 2.92%; and Tuberia Nacional, 2.92%. Lamina is the successor in interest to Tuberia Nacional.
Meanwhile, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) of the products involved in this case include 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25, 7306.30.50.32, 7306.30.50.40, 7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85
