US Steel Canada to dedicate revitalized Cenotaph
US Steel Canada will be unveiling a refurbished Cenotaph on the grounds of its Hamilton Works plant as part of the company's annual Remembrance Day ceremony.
The Cenotaph, erected in 1959, commemorates the significant role played by Canadian Steel workers and their families during the First World War, Second World War and Korean War.
In addition to Veterans, steel workers and their families, Ms Lisa Raitt, the Minister of Labor, will be in attendance to deliver remarks and lay a wreath on behalf of the Government of Canada.
