Ternium SA announces the receipt of notice that Nippon Steel Corporation and all the other entities forming Nippon Group have obtained all requisite corporate approvals with respect to all the transactions and agreements relating to the previously announced purchases of ordinary shares of Usiminas by Ternium, Siderar and TenarisConfab.
