Vietnamese 11M 2011 export value of steel products up by 62pct YoY

According to statistics released by the Vietnam Steel Association, the country's export value of steel products in the first 11 months of 2011 amounted to USD 1.52 billion, surged by 62% YoY.
In addition, the country's export volume surged by 43.3% in comparison of that in the same period of 2010.
In the given period of time, Vietnam's trade deficit of steel products totaled USD 4.42 billion.
