The board of directors of Worthington Industries Inc has declared a third quarter dividend of USD 0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on March 29th 2012 to shareholders of record March 15th 2012.

This marks the 177th consecutive quarter that Worthington has paid a dividend since it became a public company in 1968.

Previously announced on October 3rd 2011, Worthington Industries will pay its second quarter dividend on December 29th 2011 to shareholders of record December 15th 2011.
