Taiwan's Yieh Hsing announced the new prices policy for May 2011. The company decided to keep the prices for wire rod unchanged for May 2011 delivery which met the market participants' forecast.

Yieh Hsing indicated that the company decided to keep the prices for wire rod unchanged for May delivery, considering to the current market situation.

However, Industry sources indicated that Taiwanese wire rod market might remain flat and the deal volume might be low recently. The market might have changes until China Steel Corporation announces the new prices in the end of May.
