Bauxite Resources Limited announced the appointment of Mr Robert Samuel Sam Middlemas as Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Mr Sam Middlemas is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years experience in senior financial management and executive roles with a number of listed public companies operating predominantly in the resources sector. He is the principal of a corporate advisory company which provides financial, board and secretarial services specializing in capital raisings, initial public offerings, corporate secretarial, financial and management reporting, treasury and corporate governance.

Mr Middlemas's appointment follows Mr Patrick Soh's resignation from BRL as Company Secretary. The Board of BRL expresses their thanks to Patrick for his service to the Company since his appointment and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
