IntierraRMG strengthens its copper expertise by acquiring assets from Bloomsbury Minerals Economics IntierraRMG has purchased the base metals consulting and copper reports division of London based Bloomsbury Minerals Economics Limited.

As part of the asset transfer, BME will increase its shareholding in IntierraRMG, in which it has been invested since 2009. With immediate effect, BME's Mr Paul Dewison and Mr Robert Goldstein will join IntierraRMG, bringing supply demand market analysis, mine project appraisal, a quarterly copper report and monthly copper briefing service.

Mr Paul is a former Senior Analyst at CRU and Brook Hunt, and a former MD of Metalica Limited. Mr Robert has held senior roles in management consulting serving as Managing Director of CRU prior to joining BME.

BME has retained ownership of its mathematical price modelling business and the company will continue to co-operate closely with IntierraRMG on the price behavior of copper, nickel and other metals.
