Capella Resources Limited announced that Mr Mike McCleave has been appointed CFO replacing Ms Barbara Wolanski. Ms Wolanski is leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities.

Mr Mike McCleave is currently the Operations Manager for Capella Resources Limited at the Company's Dartmouth, Nova Scotia corporate office, where his responsibilities include managing the Accounting Department, Investor Relations and Network Administration.

Mr McCleave's professional history includes management positions with PC Medic Inc, TNE Electronics and TRACC Limited. Mr McCleave is a graduate of the Technical University of Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and is currently enrolled in the Certified General Accountant program.
