
China Knowledge reported that Aluminum Corporation of China Limited has plans to issue CNY 2 billion in super short -term bills with a maturity of 30 days on the interbank market.
Coupon rate will be determined in the process of book-building and the bills be issued at face value. Both value date and payment due date is July 6 and the to be issued bills tradable on July 9th 2012.
China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited has been hired as book runner and lead underwriter for the offering and China Construction Bank will be joint lead underwriter for the offering.
The company issued CNY 3 billion of 60 day super short term bills. The company suffered a loss of CNY 1.09 billion in the Q1 of this year, although seeing its core business revenue rise 18.97% YoY to CNY 33.59 billion.
