Copper 2010 estimate raised 59pct by bank of America Merrill Lynch
Bloomberg quoted Bank of America Merrill Lynch as saying that copper will average USD 3.18 per pound in 2010, 59% more than previously estimated.
The bank said that “The de-stocking of the entire supply chain is close to an end which could lead to a recovery in copper demand. Concentrates market remains tight, a sign of constraints in mine supply.”
