
FAS of Russia dismisses case against Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant
Stock Market Wire reported that the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has dismissed a case against Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant for the alleged abuse of a dominant position.
The service established that Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant does not have a dominant position as its aggregate share of the Russian zinc market is less than 20%.
Under Russian competition laws, businesses are not considered to have a dominant position if their share of a market is less than 35%.
