Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of USD 0.24 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 15th 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 25th 2011.
