Ruashi copper production for the 6 months was in line with plan other than for grid power interruptions in the DRC during May and June 2011. Chibuluma continued to perform well and for the six months copper production was marginally lower than that reported in December 2010. Sable copper and cobalt production reduced due to a lack of third party ore supply. This has now largely been restored. Cobalt production at Ruashi was ahead of planning expectations and results for the six months reflected lower feed grades to the SX and EW plant.
