PTI reported that in a bid to ensure transparency in corporate governance, National Aluminium Company Limited has adopted the Integrity Pact Program.

The sources said that integrity pact would be used in respect of procurement transactions and contracts to make the whole system more transparent. This was in compliance with the guidelines of Department of Public Enterprises in consultation with Ministry of Mines.
