Exploration Puma announced the latest results from its drilling campaign on the Turgeon property in New Brunswick. The last 3 drill holes show the presence of 2 distinct zones, one copper and the other copper zinc. The last 2 holes will now enable Puma to concentrate all of its future drilling on the high grade copper zone which had given values of 1.5 % copper over a thickness of 63 meters.
Drill hole F09-02 intersected five zones of massive to semi massive sulphides from 39 meters to 106 meters at depth with length ranging from 2.3 meters to 8.6 meters. Drill hole F09-03 has confirmed the continuity of the mineralization up to the surface. The massive to semi massive mineralization consists mainly of pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and sphalerite.
Of the 99 samples collected, 22 samples grade above 1 % including one sample of 10.95 % Cu over 0.30 meters and one sample of 5.4 % Cu over 1.10 meters in drill hole F09-02.
F09-02; Intersections of massive and semi massive sulphide mineralization
| From (m) | To (m) | Length (m) | Cu (%) | Zn (%) |
| 3 | 10,1 | 7,1 | 0,06 | 1,16 |
| 29 | 33 | 4 | 2,35 | 0,25 |
| 29,6 | 30,7 | 1,1 | 5,38 | 0,3 |
| 49,9 | 58,5 | 8,6 | 0,97 | 1,05 |
| 62,4 | 70,3 | 7,9 | 0,72 | 0,55 |
| 70,8 | 73,2 | 2,4 | 1,0 | 0,11 |
| 77,9 | 85,1 | 7,2 | 1,4 | 0,09 |
| 103 | 105,3 | 2,3 | 2,16 | 0,12 |
| 104,5 | 104,8 | 0,3 | 10,95 | 0,3 |
F09-03; Intersections of massive and semi massive sulphide mineralization
| From (m) | To (m) | Length (m) | Cu (%) | Zn (%) |
| 11 | 13 | 2 | 0,14 | 1,25 |
| 21 | 28,4 | 8,4 | 1,05 | 0,36 |
If we compare the first drillhole, the copper mineralization is more uniform in the stock work zones in that hole than in the massive and semi massive sulphide zones in the 2 other holes. This allows the deposit's metalliferous zoning to be confirmed.

| 71 | 76 | 5 | 2,3 |
Zone B;

In light of these results and with a view to undertaking a resource calculation focusing on the copper values, a preliminary metallurgical test will be carried out on the mineralization intersected in the drill holes to assess the metallurgical compatibility of the ore in the Turgeon deposit. In addition, Puma foresees further drilling to better define the copper-rich zones indicated by 3-D modeling of the deposit.
