Greek bauxite and bentonite producer S&B Industrial Minerals has announced that Mytilineos Holdings SA is set to 147 gradually acquire 48 its bauxite arm over the next 30 months in a raw material deal for its subsidiary Aluminum SA.

The initial part of the divestment will see S&B 146s bauxite activities spun off to ASA’s subsidiary Delphi Distomon which will be restructured in 51% ASA and 49% S&B holding.
