Reuters reported that workers at Peruvian miner Milpo's El Porvenir zinc and lead unit ended strike after 6 days off the job.

Mr Milton Lopez secretary general of El Porvenir's union said that the union had called for 25 more workers to receive benefits at the mine in central Peru. Those workers are being added to the company's payroll.
