It is reported that United Company Rusal signed the contract with China North Industries Group to supply it with 1.68 million tonnes of aluminum during 2010 to 2016.

As per report, UC Rusal owned 11% market share of global aluminum supply and 13% market shares of aluminum oxide supply. Its sales volume in China accounts for 5% of gross revenue of the entire group in 2009 and the company aims to raise the percentage to 10% by 2015.
