Capitalvue reported that Zijin Mining Group bought 46.5% stake in a company for CNY 93.5 million.
Following the completion of the acquisition, Zijin Mining Group will wholly own the company which is a maker of copper products and high performance internal screw pipes used in air conditioners and refrigerators.
